Handmade Products
All of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Marrakech, Morocco.
Because every item is handmade, slight variations in size, texture, color, and finish are natural and make each piece unique.
These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Pricing
Prices & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before production or shipment begins.
Orders
Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including:
- Pricing errors
- Product availability
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect customer information
If payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be issued.
Production & Shipping
Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: 1–3 business days
- Made-to-Order Items: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, or shipping carriers.
Custom Orders
Personalized & Custom Products
Custom-made and personalized products are produced according to customer specifications.
These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
