Returns
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please contact us before sending any item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made products
- Personalized items
- Products made in custom sizes or finishes
- Installed or used items
- Items returned without prior approval
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in finish, texture, and color are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect product was sent.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Original shipping costs and customs charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Received a Damaged Item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.
Please keep the product and all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, made-to-order and custom products cannot be cancelled.
In-stock orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
Customs & Import Fees
Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
If a shipment is refused because of unpaid customs fees, any costs charged to Studio Berber may be deducted from the refund.
